Having lived in the Hawaiian islands for 35 years, I have worked and played all over this beautiful Island I call home.

There are still large tracts of land for farming and cattle ranches are a predominant feature as evidenced by the presence of the famed Parker Ranch.

Although not as large as Parker Ranch, there are parcels of land available for the gentleman farmer or rancher from the Kohala Mountains in the North to the pasture lands at South Point.

Or you can choose a modest lot in quaint and charming towns like Hawi and Kamuela in Kohala or Holualoa and Captain Cook in Kona. You are never more than a short drive from the dramatic oceanfront resort areas of West Hawaii's 'Gold Coast'.

The beachfront resorts of Waikoloa, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea have a wide selection of condominiums and luxury homes to choose from where you can enjoy the resort life year-round.
