Although born and raised in the Midwest, Juanita has lived in Hawaii since 1973. Her career in real estate started in 1989 and before that she was involved with ranching, sport fishing and in the restaurant/bar/hotel industry. As a result, her circle of friends and contacts are extensive throughout the Island chain. She has spent time on all the Islands and finds the Big Island suits her the best. If you need information about any aspect of life in the Islands she can assist you or knows where to go and who to talk to in order to obtain the information. Having traveled extensively throughout the world, Juanita finds the Island lifestyle here in Hawaii suits her to a tee. Her love and excitement about the Big Island is infectious and she would love to share it with you.

"Thank you for all your assistance and patience. I know in Hawaii real estate terms our sale was really a small dollar amount. You could have treated us as such, but we felt that you gave us the same time and attention as one of your million-dollar listings/sales and we really appreciate that.
Your real estate knowledge and experience were obvious and we will definitely refer all of our friends and family to you."

"She was always on top of it, even ahead of the action. Since we are un-accustomed to purchasing real estate we were perhaps more skittish than most. However, Juanita was always patient and helpful, making sure that our concerns were addressed. In other words, she always went the extra mile for us."
